Revision Policy
Revision requests are provided free of charge if they are made after the delivery of your assignment paper and within the specified deadline.
We understand that students may sometimes require revisions if they are not completely satisfied with our work. To streamline the process, we encourage scholars to track the progress of their assignment and request periodic drafts before receiving the final version of their requested solutions.
However, if you need revisions after the delivery of your assignment, we will be happy to assist you within the framework of our Revision Policy and the Terms and Conditions* stated below for your reference.
Revisions for completed orders will be accepted within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date, subject to the Terms and Conditions*.
Please note that we will address revisions free of charge* for a maximum of 3 times. To avoid multiple revision requests, we kindly request that you share all your concerns at once.
If your revision request includes additional writing or research requirements that were not previously shared or specified when placing your order (such as a new subject-topic, case study, software usage, additional learning objectives, etc.), it will be considered as new work. In such cases, you will be required to pay an additional amount proportionate to the efforts needed by the expert to address the new requirements.
If you provide a new requirement with a revision request, you will receive a new price quote applicable to the new task. For example, if you previously requested a research proposal on an agreed topic but later request to change the research topic, it will be considered a new assignment rather than a free revision. The same applies to changing country-specific research or referencing guidelines.
During a single revision cycle, only one set of revision instructions can be addressed at a time. Any additional information provided afterward will be considered a separate revision cycle. You are entitled to 3 Free Revision Cycles per assignment, subject to our terms and conditions*.
Your availability for communication during the revision period is mandatory. In case of any delay in your response to the expert's query, My Assignment Buddies or our academic experts cannot be held responsible if a submission deadline is missed due to communication delays on the student's part.
When raising your revision request, please clearly state the required changes on specific parameters and provide detailed feedback (preferably from your professor). Clearly articulate what is wrong with the submitted assignment and specify the precise changes needed so that the expert can make the necessary adjustments in the best possible way. Generic revision comments like "it is not good" or "I asked for something else" will not be considered as valid revision requests.
Exclusions to our Free Revision Policy apply as per the terms and conditions*.
My Assignment Buddies reserves the right to refuse any revision requests in accordance with the specified terms and conditions. However, in such cases where you are not eligible for a Free Revision, we encourage you to contact our assignment support with your concern, and we will attempt to resolve it with the available resources at hand. Please note that we are not obligated to do so as per our service agreement with you.
